Important Information
Our card payment system isn’t working, but we still want everyone to join the course! 💛 We’ve added alternative payment options — just choose what works best for you.
Do I need to be good at drawing to take this course?
Answer:
No, not at all. The course is beginner-friendly, and I will guide you step by step. However, it’s also great for advanced artists, as I offer lessons tailored to their level as well.
Question:
What if I make mistakes when drawing with a pen?
Answer:
We start with the basics using a pencil. Afterward, it’s up to you whether to continue with a pencil or switch to drawing directly with a pen.
Question:
What if my drawings don’t look like yours?
Answer:
The goal isn’t to replicate my style but to help you discover your own artistic voice while learning my techniques and overall approach.
Question:
What will I learn in this course?
Answer:
You’ll learn how to draw emotions, capture details, work directly with a pen, apply my hatching technique, use light and shadow effectively, and understand composition and perspective.
Question:
Will you teach us how to use references, like videos or live models?
Answer:
Yes, I’ll guide you in using both live observations and reference materials like photos and videos.
Question:
What materials will I need?
Answer:
A thick drawing (or watercolor) paper and an ink pen (I recommend Sakura “Pigma Micron” pens) in sizes ranging from 0.05 to 0.5.
Question:
How much time will I need to dedicate to this course?
Answer:
The course is designed to be completed in a week and a half. Afterward, it’s up to you how much you want to practice and develop your skills.
Question:
What if I fall behind?
Answer:
No worries! You can progress at your own pace, and the lessons will remain accessible long-term.
Question:
What if I never improve?
Answer:
I’ve experienced rapid progress myself and know exactly what helped me. I’ve included all of this insight in the lessons to ensure you see results too.
Question:
I don’t have time to do it now. Will the course repeat?
Answer:
This is my first time creating a course like this, and I hope to offer it twice a year. The next session may be around autumn 2025, but I can’t guarantee I’ll guide it personally. So, this might be your only chance to learn directly from me.
Question:
How will the course be delivered?
Answer:
The course will be hosted on a platform, and you’ll gain access to it a few days before starting date.
Question:
What if I have questions or need help during the course?
Answer:
You can always ask questions in the group chat, and I’ll personally respond to ensure you’re supported throughout the journey.
