About Me
My name is Samalia Swan, and I help people heal their hearts through my art, stories, and charitable projects.
Six years ago, I set off to travel the world, sketching portraits of strangers and gifting them those drawings, simple acts of kindness that became my signature.
For the past few years, I’ve been creating soulful, cinematic content about these encounters, showing how art can touch lives in the most unexpected places.
In April 2024, everything shifted: I sketched an old lady at the Night Market on a Thai island, helped her, and that moment changed the trajectory of my life. Since then, I’ve been building my Charity Fund for the elderly, supporting vulnerable grandparents in Cambodia. Anyone can join — by donating, volunteering, or becoming part of the team.
Recently, I launched my Sketching Course, created to help you learn how to draw the way I do: freely, confidently, and with heart. It’s designed for absolute beginners and for anyone who wants to sketch in travel, capture strangers, and express the soul of a moment in just a few lines.
My journeys have now grown into two directions.
I lead travel sketching trips, where people can explore the world with me, learn to draw on the go, and discover their creativity through real-life stories and encounters. And I also organize charity journeys, where we personally visit elderly communities, bring food, support, and kindness, turning travel into something deeply meaningful.
