We’ve officially approved the house design for Jin, hired a construction team, signed the contract, and… we’re ready to start building.
Or at least, we thought we were 😅
It turned out that getting permission wasn’t as simple as we expected. The land where we’re building is part of a temple area, protected by APSARA authorities, so we need official approval before we can begin.
And let me tell you… it’s been a journey.

We planned to start construction on March 23rd.
Today is already March 27th and we’re still waiting. The team is ready. All materials are prepared. Everything is set… except for the final permission.

We have already completed all the local paperwork and received approvals from the village and commune authorities.
Now we are waiting for the final permission from APSARA Authority to begin construction.
