From the first ceremony and interaction with the medicine, it was clear that I wasn't there by chance and I understand how difficult it is to describe the experience of immersion.
I can say that 80% of the success depends on the guide and facilitators who accompany you, and I immediately clicked with these guys - it's about trust, a safe space, and knowing that you'll be taken care of in the best way possible.
What specifically these sessions gave me and what I took with me into my life:
* A sense of my own uniqueness and self-worth (not to be confused with self-esteem)
* It aligned very well with my therapy - my subconscious, which had been unlocked, kept producing new batches of blocks and traumas, but at the same time, there was inner courage and strength to live through and work through it.
* Globally, my fears have gone, and trust in myself and the world has appeared.
* More courage to implement projects and move forward.
* Acceptance - if something doesn't happen now, believe me, it's better for you in this moment - you'll see and understand why later.
* Understanding how we are all connected to each other and therefore more respect and care for the people around me.
* My intuition has sharpened, my sensitivity has increased - I literally feel people from the first meeting, who's on my path and who's not.
I recommend trying it to literally everyone - it greatly improves the quality of life, mental and physical health.
